Our Carafoam caravan memory foam Terms and Conditions apply to caravan memory foam mattresses, caravan memory foam toppers and caravan memory foam pillows that are purchased from Carafoam.

When you place an order with Carafoam it is subject to the acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Please note that we do not accept any responsibility if any of the details that you provide is incorrect or unsubstantiated.

Caravan Memory Foam 10 Year Guarantee

Each of our products are sold with a guarantee, and please note that the guarantee may be void if the product has been tampered with and does not cover any accidental damage or modifications. All items must be released from their compressed state within two weeks when you receive the product or the size may vary from our advertised sizes and if not it will then be excluded from the guarantee.

Ordering and Delivery

Please note that the delivery date that are found on our website are itended to be estimates, although Carafoam will aim to ensure that your products will be delivered within the time stated, although if there are any delays with any deliveries under no circumstances will we be held responsible.

Returns and Cancellations

When you order from our Carafoam website you will receive a grace period of 14 days from delivery to cancel your purchase and return unused for a full refund, inclusive of the original delivery costs.

If you do decide to return your product, please note that you are liable for costs and responsibility for packaging and returning the items and you must do so in writing to info@carafoam.co.uk or by post to Carafoam, 19a St Mary Street, St Mary Centre, Thornbury, Bristol, BS35 2AB.
